US Convertors is excited to announce the release of its brand-new high-performance product line for the automotive community.

Coming from a strong background in the performance automotive world, Tim Pantano, USC’s Business Development Manager, identified an opportunity in the market that, after two years of research and development, has finally come to light—or in our case, keeps the lights off.

Working closely with our team of skilled engineers and scientists, we’ve developed a metallic substrate that is tightly wound and coated with high levels of PGM to withstand the extreme stress placed on converters in high-horsepower applications.

We are proud to introduce four models at launch, with a full lineup planned for 2026 to meet growing customer demand. Over the years, we’ve seen that customers are far more willing to keep catalytic converters on their vehicles when they can still make the same horsepower, pass inspections, and avoid the unpleasant smell that comes with going catless.
