Diesel Emissions
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
traps soot and other particulate matter from diesel engines. It helps to reduce harmful emissions and improve air quality by preventing soot from being released into the environment. DPFs are a standard component in modern diesel vehicles and are designed to be regenerated periodically to remove the trapped soot.
At US Convertors, our engineers leverage advanced technology and robotic welding to manufacture the highest-quality DPFs in the industry. Backed by deep expertise and technical knowledge, our team ensures every product meets or exceeds OEM replacement standards. With lower back pressure, longer regeneration intervals, and larger soot loading capacity, our products deliver long-lasting performance. Our DPFs keep your truck on the road and operating efficiently.

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
In the context of diesel engines, the DOC is an exhaust aftertreatment device that reduces emissions by oxidizing harmful pollutants like carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons into less harmful substances like carbon dioxide and water vapor. US Convertors is currently in the process of releasing their own line of DOCs

Selective Catalyst
Reduction (SCR)
SCR, short for Selective Catalytic Reduction, is a technology used in diesel engines to reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions. It works by injecting Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) (also known as AdBlue) into the exhaust stream, where it reacts with NOx in the presence of a catalyst to convert them into harmless gases like nitrogen and water. US Convertors is currently in the process of releasing their own line of SCRs
